My Birthday!

Hey everybody!
Finally!Im out of "my malas zone"..heheh.Well, I had a blessed birthday celebration.Not just with love ones but family! Thanks.We had the makings for an interesting road trip and birthday bash. Our road trip began at our place, Shah Alam. I had an opportunity to go back(Besut) and spend 2 nights there. Went to visit my grandma too...! Anyway, on our last day, we went to Kota Bharu.

Anyway we were in Kota Bharu to explore the beauties of the city(of course semua bandar in Malaysia lawa jerr)so nothing could make us to give up our aim..hahaah. Here at pasar. We headed to the Bukit Keluang Beach and had "Sata" there. In the evening, we had our dinner at Bukit Keluang.I had " sup belut" and it was yummy.Gosh my stomach dah keriokkkk.

I love "Ais Krim Goreng" so badly.This one was superb!

As you know, I have a grandma and families in Besut. But, we decided to stay at the hotel. Guess what? I slept early and Apeng sent me sms ( walau duk satu bilik!) and wished me in a very romantic way.. It was so romantic. I woke up early and I saw his sms and few friends.

I smile. He consistently provides me with love and care that make me smile.

Although I dont get any birthday cake,roses or candles.. those sms-es( -you-know-who-you-are) make me a wonderful person! I was spiritually touched by those sms-es.

Kdg2 org silap paham, igt kita nak brg itu ini, mahal, jenama,tp ape yg paling penting bila ingatan tu..kan? If we don't have any luxury, we can have a decent life,true?Money is indeed important, but it is not everything.But please bear in your mind and take it wisely that "everything is money" for current condition. ...

After a quick breakfast at the hotel,our next pitt stop- Jetty Kuala Muda ,Kedah. It was a warm welcome we received from Kedah.When I said "warm" it's not only the place or ppl, but weather!Hot!

Our last stopped- Langkawi! Before proceed home sweet home.The moment we were at the Jetty , we had been swarmed by a host of travel agents asking you to make all the bookings including hopping Island tour, water sports, rental car/bikes throý them.

We arrived there at 630pm. I was so hungry, bear in mind my dinner time at 6pm-7pm everyday.From the jetty, we just drove down to Kuah. On the way, we filled 20 Ltrs petrol ( at a gas station in Kuah City .

One of my good friend suggested to try Wonderland.And we did! We ordered:

1.Butter Squid

2.Butter Prawn

3.Another type of prawn

4.Baby Kailan

5Juices and coconut

And costed us RM49 :p

All tasted great!!!!

From Wonderland, we drove down to our hotel.We finally stayed at Langkasuka Hotel and Resort.Costed us RM135. .The rooms were comfortable and clean.

The next day, Apeng and I woke up late because of a long trip we had the day before. Anyway, we were ready for an incredible journey ahead. ...to..island hopping.

The weather...sgt panas!! Nasibla bawak tight bagai, kalau tak harus hitam legam.We found that all tours covered the same destinations: Dayang Bunting Island (fresh water lake for swimming, paddling and canoeing), Beras Basah Island (swimming and snorkelling) and eagle feeding. Unfortunately, neither me nor husband were swimming or snorkelling :p

Next, cable cars!The cable car leaves the Oriental village and rises steeply up Mount Mat Cincang. Kami pun posing jela dlm cable car.

The views, if its clear are spectacular and worth the ride.Cantik sgt!

Lepas tu dah lapar..( mmg asyik makan je) Singgah jap kt The Loaf, Langkawi . Well,there so much to do in Langkawi. Since it was our last day before proceed to our home sweet home, we decided to drive around the island.

I wish they are mine!

We came across this restaurant while driving around... and one of the local told us this restaurant too..Admittedly, the food is just okay, not brilliant. But the setting is great.Frustrated jugakla.pastu balik hotel, tdo and bgn pagi2 dah gi jetty , balik..

This road trip has been one of the most enjoyable and memorable trips in my life. It was a great experience really.And it was a great birthday celebration!
